About The GES Team

Robert Laltoo, CEO Robert Laltoo, a hospitality industry veteran, brings more than 30 years of leadership, management and human resource experience to his role as chief executive officer of Global Employment Services, Inc. His detail-oriented approach, professionalism and exceptional work ethic have made him a leader and pioneer in his field. Early in his hospitality career, Robert began employing foreign student workers with J1 visas thorough a cultural exchange program with businesses in the New England area. As the hospitality industry grew, so did the need for quality staffing solutions. Robert soon discovered he could diversify staffing options by hiring employees with H-2B work visas, opening the field for a wider spectrum of qualified workers in many different roles.

Robert’s discovery led to the founding of Global Employment Services (GES) in 2002 as a specialized employment services agency to assist U.S. businesses with the most cost effective and efficient staffing solutions. While H-2B work visas remain the most cost effective way to staff the large operations of the hospitality and restaurant industry, Robert and his team also offer other staffing solutions including J-1 Programs (Intern/Trainee, Work & Travel) and local labor programs. GES also provides support and professional guidance to international workers and students in securing sponsorships and placement within the hospitality industry.

The GES team collectively brings over 70 years of experience in the hospitality industry and provides full circle employment needs for any business. The GES client base ranges from small boutique hotels to large chains across the U.S. including brands such as Four Seasons, Hilton, Hyatt, Westin, Holiday Inn and Sheraton. GES also works with restaurants, landscaping companies and many more industries.

Yusuf Gunes, Vice-President & Director of Operations Yusuf Gunes brings over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Mr. Gunes graduated with a degree in Tourism and Hotel Management in Turkey. Yusuf oversees the H-2B work visa and J1 programs and is in direct contact with clients regarding their international programs.

Dianna L. Wheeler, Office Manager Dianna L. Wheeler brings over 20 years of experience in the hospitality field, including management for the past 5 years. Dianna oversees all aspects of the day-to-day operations and is also in direct contact with clients regarding local labor programs.
