H2B Temporary Work Visa

H2B Temporary Work Visa

The H-2B work visa is a temporary/seasonal visa that permits employers to temporarily hire non-immigrants to perform nonagricultural labor or services in the United States. Foreign beneficiaries work seasonally performing specific jobs and only for companies that apply for them. Foreign workers can work up to ten (10) months depending on seasonal needs. The employment must be of a temporary nature for a limited period of time such as a one-time occurrence, seasonal need, peak load, or intermittent need.

The process takes approximately four (4) months. GES has an amazing track record of processing paperwork and delivering employees on time. Our client base consists of small B&B's to large luxury hotels across the U.S. such as Four Seasons, Hilton, Hyatt, Westin, Holiday Inn, Sheraton, Golf and Beach Resorts, Historic Resorts, Boutique Hotels as well as local B&B’s, hotels, restaurants, landscaping companies and more.

To develop a diversified workforce, GES partners with agencies in such countries as Turkey, Jamaica, Romania, Mexico, Ireland, Dominican Republic and the Philippines as well as some Eastern European Countries.

We recommend H2B visas for all your seasonal non-skill positions such as housekeeping, dishwashing, F&B, Culinary and front of the house positions such as desk clerks, reservations, concierge, bellhops etc. H2B work visa can also be utilized in other industries like landscaping, construction, food processing, forestry and more.

The entire process is monitored and filed by our attorney. GES is up to date on all government and immigration rules and regulations set forth by the DOL and Immigration and keeps each employer informed with the new rules and regulations.
